Return Policy

A. Perishable items, including food or flowers, become ineligible for return once they depart the farm or are dispatched.

B. Returns are solely permissible for in-person purchases that have not yet left the store.

C. In specific scenarios, partial refunds or re-shipping may be considered, contingent on circumstances such as items being in a condition other than their original, damaged, or missing parts not attributable to our error.

Delayed or Absent Refunds

A. (If Applicable) Following Mi Tierra del Guatu's approval of a refund, if 14 days have elapsed and you have not yet received the refund, please initiate a review of your bank account. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially reflected. It is common for there to be a processing duration before the refund is posted.
